Volleyball Recap: Tri-City Christian Starts off Right with Win over John Yowell Academy

Tri-City Christian took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the John Yowell Academy Panthers.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Tri-City Christian was: they took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-5, 25-8.

John Yowell Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Tri-City Christian is set to challenge their familiar foe NCSSM: Durham at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, John Yowell Academy will face off against rival Tri-City Christian at 6:00 p.m. on April 8.
