Baseball Recap: Brooke Point Takes a Loss

Brooke Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Massaponax Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Black Hawks of the 4-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Jordan Rendon made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Brooke Point's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Massaponax, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-7-1.

Brooke Point has already played their next matchup (against Mountain View), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Massaponax, they have also already played their next game, an 11-1 loss against Riverbend on the 14th.
