Soccer Recap: Buffalo Grove Takes a Loss

Buffalo Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Schaumburg Saxons. While losing is never fun, Buffalo Grove can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 294th, while Schaumburg are ranked 91st).

Buffalo Grove's loss dropped their record down to 1-11-3. As for Schaumburg, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-4-2.

Buffalo Grove didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Barrington on the 3rd. As for Schaumburg, they will challenge Conant at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
