Basketball Recap: Hamilton Takes a Loss

Hamilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 43-38 heartbreaker at the hands of the West Lowndes Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 60-58 last Thursday.

Hamilton's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for West Lowndes, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-4.

Hamilton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 53-43 defeat against Smithville on the 11th. As for West Lowndes, they have also already played their next matchup, a 55-34 victory against McAdams on the 12th.
