Jack Gardner Game Report: vs Preston

Jack Gardner turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Saturday. He struck out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk). He was dominant the last time he took on Preston back in April of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming.

Gardner's strong effort led Sugar-Salem over Preston and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
