Softball Recap: Marion Comes Up Short

Marion suffered their closest defeat since April 25, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of the Patrick Henry Rebels by a score of 3-1. The Scarlet Hurricanes were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Rebels earlier this season, when they won 6-2.

Marion now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Patrick Henry, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

While Marion had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
