Basketball Recap: Edmond Santa Fe Takes a Loss

Edmond Santa Fe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 63-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Edmond North Huskies. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 93rd, while the Huskies are ranked 20th).

Edmond Santa Fe's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Edmond North, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

While Edmond Santa Fe had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
