Baseball Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy lost against Chavez on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Thunderbirds came up short against the Titans, falling 7-1. The Thunderbirds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kennedy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Felipe Velasquez, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Chavez, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Kennedy nor Chavez have any future games scheduled.
