Roby is 3-0 against Loraine since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Roby Lions will head out to take on the Loraine Bulldogs at 11:00 a.m. Loraine took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Roby, who comes in off a win.

Roby took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They snuck past Highland with a 46-41 victory.

Meanwhile, Loraine was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Highland an easy 60-34 win.

Roby pushed their record up to 7-7 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.4 points per game. As for Loraine, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Everything came up roses for Roby against Loraine when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the squad secured an 80-29 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Roby since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
