Tesoro is 8-2 against Dana Hills since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Titans will take on the Dolphins at 4:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Tesoro has three straight wins, Dana Hills has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Tesoro's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on April 3rd. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Aliso Niguel, sneaking past 1-0.

Not much got past Loula McNamara, who gave up just two hits and racked up seven Ks to keep Aliso Niguel off the board. McNamara has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 11 consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Tesoro's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Reese Fraser, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Dana Hills' offense. They came up short against Aliso Niguel on Friday, falling 11-0.

Dana Hills now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Tesoro, their win bumped their record up to 10-6.

Dana Hills' hitters will have their work cut out for them on Monday. Tesoro has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 6.7 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Dana Hills, though, as they've been averaging only 3.5 strikeouts. Will Tesoro keep running through batters, or will the Dolphins buck the trend?

Tesoro was able to grind out a solid victory over Dana Hills in their previous meeting back in March, winning 9-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
