Fairview fell victim to Independence and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Blue Devils, falling 12-0. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Blue Devils recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, Open Door Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 9-2 to South Central.
