Volleyball Game Preview: Oakes Tornadoes vs. Hankinson Pirates

After both having extra time off, the Oakes Tornadoes and the Hankinson Pirates will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Oakes is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

Oakes lost 3-0 to Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Hankinson had just enough and edged out Richland 3-2 on Thursday.

Oakes' loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Hankinson, their victory bumped their record up to 16-1-1.

Oakes couldn't quite get it done against Hankinson when the teams last played back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Tornadoes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
