2A - South recap September 17, 2013
Adding to the longest winning streak in 2A - South this week, Grand County beat South Sevier 23-6,. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.
Parowan fell to Enterprise 32-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Jake Topham threw for 73 yards in the defeat.

Kelton Hunt was the most successful running back in the league this week. In 28 carries, he ran for 235 yards as the Wolves fell to Grand County. Teammate Dustin Tullis added to the ground attack by rushing for 55 yards.
Kasen Hutchings put up the best numbers through the air as the Beavers lost to the Wildcats. He had a total of 1 completions for 67 yards. Hutchings' favorite target this week was Michael Roberts, who caught 4 passes for 87 yards.
Hunt was a force in the backfield as Enterprise bested Parowan.

A big matchup in 2A - South this week will be when Beaver takes on the Red Devils. At the moment, Steve Hutchings' team is in third, while Grand County is in first.
The Wolves made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,719 from 8,635. The improvement was the result of 32-0 victory over the Rams last week.
