Volleyball Recap: Santa Fe Finds Playoff Glory Versus North Marion

It's playoff time, and Santa Fe had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on the North Marion Colts with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Raiders.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-19, 25-5.

Leading Santa Fe to victory were Karlee Noah and Morgan Lawson. Noah had 11 digs and four aces, while Lawson had six aces and five digs. That's the most aces Noah has posted since back in August.

They weren't the only good servers: Santa Fe was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 18 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in three consecutive matches.

Santa Fe's record now sits at 17-9. As for North Marion, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-13.

Coming up, Santa Fe will face off against Crystal River at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Marion does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
