Volleyball Game Preview: Summit Tigers vs. Rifle Bears + How To Watch

The Summit Tigers are taking a road trip to challenge the Rifle Bears at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Rifle took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Summit, who comes in off a win.

It was a proper cat-fight when Summit challenged Pomona on Saturday. The Tigers came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Rifle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against Delta, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-20, 25-13.

Rifle's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Summit, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.

Summit skirted past Rifle 3-2 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Bears' Valeria Olivas, who had 33 digs.
