Willamette put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the North Salem Vikings as they made off with a 35-13 victory. The result was nothing new for the Wolverines, who have now won five contests by 20 points or more so far this season.

Zeke Thomas threw for 210 yards on 15 of 23 attempts. TaeSaun Tarusan was his top target, picking up 83 receiving yards. On the ground, Johnny Jenkins rushed for 202 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry.

Willamette's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for North Salem, they dropped their record down to 4-4 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Willamette will welcome South Salem at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for North Salem, they will head out to face off against Forest Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. North Salem will be up against Forest Grove's rather soft defense (which has allowed 25.75 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
