Football Game Preview: Wilsonville Wildcats vs. North Medford Black Tornado

The Wilsonville Wildcats are taking a road trip to challenge the North Medford Black Tornado at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Wilsonville will be strutting in after a win while North Medford will be coming in after a defeat.

Wilsonville is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 51-7 victory over Forest Grove. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Trevor Glos was his usual excellent self, throwing for 229 yards and five TDs while completing 79.3% of his passes, and also rushing for 40 yards and one touchdown. Glos is crushing it when it comes to passing touchdowns: he's passed for at least three every time he's taken the field this season.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Wilsonville's defense and their four sacks. Ryan Williams was especially locked on to Forest Grove's QB and sacked him twice.

Meanwhile, North Medford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 21-14 to West Salem.

North Medford's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Wilsonville, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
