Soccer Game Preview: Whitnall vs. Waukesha South

The Whitnall Falcons will square off against the Waukesha South Blackshirts at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.

Whitnall's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They blew past South Milwaukee 8-0. The win continues a trend for Whitnall in their matchups with South Milwaukee: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, while Waukesha South scored more goals than they have all season, the final result was a bit underwhelming. Neither they nor Greenfield could gain the upper hand on Thursday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Waukesha South's first draw of the season.

Waukesha South's draw gives them a new season record of 0-3-1. As for Whitnall, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0-1.

Whitnall beat Waukesha South by a goal in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 1-0. Do the Falcons have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Blackshirts turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
