Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Clay-Battelle beat Meadow Bridge 34-28. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cee Bees.

Cameron got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Klypsan Wallace out in front who rushed for 152 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. Another back making a difference was Slaton Pettit, who rushed for 124 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.
Cameron didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Mason Scott.
The win got Clay-Battelle back to even at 3-3. As for Cameron, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
Clay-Battelle was taken down by Cameron 57-6 when the teams last played back in October of 2023. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Clay-Battelle was down 45-0.
