Baseball Recap: Greeneview Takes a Loss

After soaring to ten runs the game before, Greeneview was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (10-1), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat they have suffered since March 25, 2024.

Greeneview saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Braeden Gill, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Greeneview's loss dropped their record down to 16-6. As for Chaminade Julienne Catholic, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 17-9.

Looking ahead, Greeneview will head out on the road to square off against Dayton Christian at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Chaminade Julienne Catholic, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bellbrook at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
