Volleyball Recap: Anderson Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Anderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Redding Christian Lions, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Saturday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-12, 25-17.

Dayanara Lupercio-Orozco paced Anderson's offense, picking up six kills. Lupercio-Orozco got some help from Isabella Wyatt and her 21 assists.

Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Redding Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5-3 record this season.

Anderson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Los Molinos on the 11th. As for Redding Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Mt. Shasta on the 11th.
