Baseball Recap: Hamilton Comes Up Short

Hamilton fell victim to Marshall and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They fell just short of the Barristers by a score of 1-0. The Yankees were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Barristers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in June of 2021.

Hamilton has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-8 record this season. As for Marshall, they pushed their record up to 9-11 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Hamilton wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Leuzinger on the 23rd. As for Marshall, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-4 defeat against San Fernando on the 22nd.
