Tucson High Magnet School waltzed into their matchup on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Corona del Sol Aztecs. The Badgers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by seven runs or more this season.

Alyssa Torres made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits (and only one walk). Torres was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles.

In other batting news, Tucson High Magnet School got a massive performance out of Claudeona Lesley, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and three runs. Alma Teillon was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one double.

Tucson High Magnet School was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. They are a perfect 13-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
