Nate Leary posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. He struck out five batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Cheltenham: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 7-9 otherwise.
