Baseball Recap: Science Leadership Academy Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Central, Science Leadership Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 7-2 win over Carver High School of Engineering & Science. This was payback for Science Leadership Academy, who suffered a 13-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Nick Attanasio was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Winslow Coleman, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3.

Science Leadership Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Carver High School of Engineering & Science, they now also have a losing record of 1-2.
