On Saturday Jade Bayer posted three points along with five rebounds and four steals, good enough to set a new career-high in boards in the process. As if that's not impressive enough, the contest was her 12th in a row with two or more steals dating back to last season. On the year, she has averaged 8.1 points, 3.9 steals, and 1.7 assists.

Bayer and Howells-Dodge will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sandy Creek at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
