Fairfield posted their closest win since September 18th on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Westview Warriors 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Fairfield had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 21-25, 25-16, 25-16, 15-6.

Despite the loss, Westview still got an impressive performance from Graci Engle, who had 12 digs and one assist. Engle has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

Fairfield's victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 11-13. As for Westview, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 12-12 record.

Coming up, Fairfield will be playing at home against Churubusco at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Westview, they will head out to challenge Elkhart Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
