Wake Prep Academy had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.9 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Wednesday. They really took it to the Research Triangle Raptors for the full four quarters, racking up a 65-16 win. The Guardians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

Chelsea Lange was nothing short of spectacular: she went 7 for 10 en route to 14 points and eight boards. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Beanie Ballman, who posted nine points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

Wake Prep Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in ten consecutive matches.

Wake Prep Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.9 points per game. As for Research Triangle, they are on a 27-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.
