After flying high against City College last Wednesday, Glen Burnie came back down to earth. The Glen Burnie Gophers fell just short of the Broadneck Bruins by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Glen Burnie of the 8-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2023.
