Clinton and Meridian are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2019, but not for long. The two teams will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Meanwhile, Meridian had to suffer through a 71-35 loss at the hands of Tuscola. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Clinton's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 15-12. As for Meridian, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-17.

Everything came up roses for Clinton against Meridian in their previous matchup on Friday, as the team secured a 75-25 win. Does Clinton have another victory up their sleeve, or will Meridian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
