Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Graham Local). They put the hurt on the Northwestern Warriors with a sharp 14-1 victory on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won five in a row.

Graham Local got a massive performance out of Dylan LaFollette, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and four RBI. That home run was LaFollette's first of the season. Another player making a difference was Adam Levy, who went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Graham Local always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .562. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Graham Local's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Northwestern, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Graham Local will head out to take on Tecumseh at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Northwestern, they will venture away from home to square off against Jonathan Alder at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. The Pioneers will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
