Zach Marriott put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in February on Friday. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit, which was good enough to also set a new career-low in earned runs.

Looking ahead, Marriott and Santa Fe will square off against North Marion at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. North Marion will enter the matchup having just beaten Bishop Kenny, so Santa Fe will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
