Southwestern faced Pulaski County in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Warriors fell just short of the Maroons by a score of 3-2. The Warriors' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Southwestern's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Pulaski County, their victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2.

Southwestern and Pulaski County will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Warriors see the court they'll take on Buckhorn at 1:00 p.m. on the 12th. As for Pulaski County, their break will end when they face John Hardin on the 12th.
