Basketball Recap: Word of Life Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Word of Life Christian Academy lost against Lund back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Word of Life Christian Academy lost to the Lund Mustangs on the road by a 40-26 margin. Word of Life Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Word of Life Christian Academy now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Lund, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-6.

Word of Life Christian Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sandy Valley at 6:00 p.m. on January 14, 2025. As for Lund, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against White Pine at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
