Hollins had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Owensboro Red Devils by a score of 4-1. The Royals have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Red Devils, too.

The team relied heavily on Riley McDonald, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in February. Julian Rosario was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

Hollins' record now sits at 7-12. As for Owensboro, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hollins will square off against Tarpon Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Royals are facing the Spongers at the right time seeing as the Spongers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Owensboro, they will head out on the road to face off against LKY at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
