Soccer Recap: Haywood Falls to First Assembly Christian in First Game of Season

Haywood kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 3-1 to the First Assembly Christian Crusaders.

The win got First Assembly Christian back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Haywood will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Ripley at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. First Assembly Christian will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against KIPP Collegiate at 6:30 p.m. on March 20th.
