Volleyball Game Preview: Pelham Pythons vs. Plymouth Bobcats

Pelham hasn't had much luck against Plymouth recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Pythons will venture away from home to square off against the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. Pelham will be strutting in after a victory while Plymouth will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with seven defeats in a row, Pelham turned things around against Merrimack Valley on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Pride by a score of 3-1.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Plymouth and Stark, and Stark kept the tradition alive. The Bobcats fell 3-1 to the Generals on Thursday.

Pelham's win bumped their record up to 4-11. As for Plymouth, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12.

Pelham couldn't quite get it done against Plymouth when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Pythons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
