Baseball Recap: Lexington Comes Up Short

Lexington lost to Lindsay on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Leopards by a score of 14-13. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lexington's defeat dropped their record down to 23-10. As for Lindsay, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lexington will host Purcell at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lindsay, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Comanche at 5:00 p.m.
