Christian Learning Center's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Easton Rhodes, who scored 19 points. Rhodes hasn't dropped below 15 points for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Sam Love, who scored nine points along with five assists and two steals.
Jack Duvel was his usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with eight rebounds and five steals for Liberty Christian Academy. Duvel is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Willy Mueller, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds.
Christian Learning Center has not been sharp recently as the team has lost nine of their last 12 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Liberty Christian Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-11.
