Sacred Heart Academy strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the North Haven Nighthawks 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 2nd.

One reason for the win was Sacred Heart Academy's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-14, 25-6.

JJ Kirck had another great game (as she tends to do), getting 15 digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Kirck wasn't the only good server: Sacred Heart Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in nine consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

Sacred Heart Academy's record is now 8-0. As for North Haven, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.
