Volleyball Recap: Bridgeland Extends Road Winning Streak to Nine

Bridgeland posted their closest victory since August 12th on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Foster Falcons 2-1.

Bridgeland had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-18, 25-18.

Brooklyn Barrow paced Bridgeland's offense, picking up eight kills. Barrow got some help from Kennedy Boatman and her 18 assists. Abigail Davenport controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Bridgeland pushed their record up to 8-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Foster, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-4.

Bridgeland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Ridge Point on the 19th. As for Foster, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Fort Bend Travis on the 19th.
