For the second straight game, Southside Christian will face off against Christ Church Episcopal. The Sabres will look to defend their home field on Thursday against the Cavaliers at 6:30 p.m. Southside Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Last Tuesday, Southside Christian was able to grind out a solid win over Christ Church Episcopal, taking the game 5-2. The Sabres haven't had any issues with the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Tyler Bolemon was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Atkins, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

This is the second loss in a row for Christ Church Episcopal and nudges their season record down to 5-7. As for Southside Christian, their win bumped their record up to 14-1-1.
