Football Game Preview: Humboldt Wildcats vs. MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen

The Humboldt Wildcats are taking a road trip to face off against the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. MOC-Floyd Valley took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Humboldt, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, Humboldt didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Algona, but they still walked away with a 28-23 victory.

Meanwhile, MOC-Floyd Valley fell victim to Bishop Heelan Catholic and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Crusaders, falling 21-0. While losing is never fun, the Dutchmen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa football rankings (they are ranked 62nd, while the Crusaders are ranked 13th).

The win got Humboldt back to even at 3-3. As for MOC-Floyd Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.
