Ocean Chiu put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March of 2024 on Tuesday. He struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and only one walk). That's the fewest earned runs he has allowed since back in April of 2024.

Coming up, Chiu and Kennedy will be playing in front of their home fans against Concord at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Concord will enter the matchup having just beaten Hayward, so Kennedy will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
