Baseball Recap: West Point Comes Up Short

West Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the New Hope Trojans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Green Wave of the 5-4 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

West Point's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for New Hope, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

While West Point had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
