Ellsworth won the last time they faced Republic County and things went their way on Friday too. The Ellsworth Bearcats blew past the Republic County Buffaloes 57-15. That 42 point margin sets a new team best for the Bearcats this season.

Avery Stindt and Kylie Stone certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Stindt posted nine points and six rebounds, while Stone earned four points. That was a full 60% of Republic County's points, marking the third time in a row Stindt has put up more than a third of the team's points.

Ellsworth is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5-1 record this season. As for Republic County, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-14.
