Baseball Recap: Palestine-Wheatley Patriots vs. McCrory Jaguars
Palestine-Wheatley hadn't done well against McCrory recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Palestine-Wheatley walked away with an 11-6 win over McCrory. That's two games straight that the Patriots have won by exactly five runs.

Brody Parker was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 1-for-4.
