Softball Recap: Southern Lee Takes a Loss

Southern Lee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Riverside Christian Academy Royals, falling 8-2.

Maggie Lucas was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs while going 4-for-4. Another player making a difference was Sydney Bisson, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Southern Lee's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Riverside Christian Academy, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Southern Lee has already played their next matchup, a 16-0 loss against Richmond on the 28th. As for Riverside Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-0 win against Greater Vision Academy on the 1st.
