Kenlie Williams was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off nine hits. Williams was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a stolen base, a double, and an RBI.

In other batting news, Makayla Allen was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. Taylor Brownlee was another key contributor, scoring two runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
