Baseball Recap: Green Run Comes Up Short

Green Run lost to Indian River back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Stallions lost 13-3 to the Braves.

Green Run saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was CJ Jones, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. That double marked the first that Jones has hit this season. Another was Isaiah Flynn, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI.

Green Run's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Indian River, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-3 record.

Coming up, Green Run will venture away from home to challenge Oscar Smith at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Indian River, they will host Seaford at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
